Just had a super disappointing experience at one of our favorite restaurants. Now that I realize how bad it really was they’ve lost my business. Not sure what this adding fees business model is but let me tell you I’m a great tipper and will not be expected or tricked in to tipping a server. Especially when I prefer to tip in cash. PAY YOUR PEOPLE, quit ripping people off and hiding BS signs in a menu (yup didn’t see a menu because they offered the buffet) and didn’t see the tiny note on the register about a added charge because you don’t order at the register. Not to mention got ZERO SERVICE because it’s a buffet. After the fees they tacked on and the cash tip we already left, a $36 meal for 2 ended up $61. Now they’ve lost a customer forever and we’ve eaten there at least twice a month for years. Antojitos shame on you all and good luck on this new business model.
