My partner refused to ever go here again because of bad service. I thought he was exaggerating so I went to get some food myself. Their food is delicious but the customer service is the absolute worst. The lady that attended to me refused to apply one of my coupons and when I complained she told me to wait on the side and totally ignored me. 1st of all everyone is on alert in the mist of this unknown pandemic. So, a little courtesy and kindness goes a long way. I pulled up to the drive through and asked could you give me a minute to decide. I heard a disgruntled sound, I opted to ignore it. Did not enjoy the sandwich too dry n they gave me the wrong sandwich I had to take the wrong sandwich back to get the right sandwhich n it was too dry.You kno what as I think about it the lady gave me the wrong sandwich on purpose through drive through window she wasn't very friendly she was fake I guess she was impatient with the questions I asked her and thought she would fix me by giving me the wrong sandwich.Low down lody doddy.
