Ben and Jerrys came to my job for an Ice Cream event. There was only one working scooping ice cream and I was having a great day until the working heard my voice, which is naturally raspy and he said I sounded terrible and started to make jokes about my voice. I told him im fine and this is my normal voice. He ignored me and kept making fun of it.
Well I have a respiratory condition called Recurrent Respiratory Papillomatosis. Its a rare disease where tumors grow on the vocal chords. Ive had over 150 surgeries because of it and honestly its frustrating that I cant even enjoy ice cream without being made fun of by the server. I dont know the young man but he was african american and tall. I felt like this was unprofessional and rude and off putting. I likely will never be a patron at ben and jerrys ever again.

Walked half a mile in the rain for the ice cream promotion only to be turned away at 630 saying it was over when all promotions said 8
