I went to the drive thru, great cust serv when placing the order & paying for it! The food was much better than another 1 much closer to my house! Will definitely return & hope u enjoy it as much as I did! The guy working there told me penny Hardaway eats there & doesn't go to other capt d's!

I ordered online. We had to wait through the entire line of cars to pick up our order. The lady at the window handed us a large bag of food and walked away. She did not say a word to us. Anyway, we get the food home and of course it's cold. My husband's order was wrong. I would think by ordering online there would be less errors. We warm up what we can. Pretty much disappointed at this point. We eat maybe half and toss the rest. I think we'll skip Captain D's...

When you walk in nobody greets you. Nobody lets you know they'll be with you in just a second you just stand there and wait and then when they're ready to walk up to you. The food that I got was incorrect. And the fish was not fresh I've been to plenty of Captain D's and this one just does not
