First time my cousin and I visited the restaurant. We passed the restaurant at first because the sign was not visible (small writing on the door). We were greeted right away. It wasn’t very crowded. We put our appetizer order, but we’re told what we wanted (fried green tomatoes and Southwest egg rolls), they didn’t have. We ended up ordering something else to include our main dishes. Despite some complaints about long waits and high prices, the food, especially the catfish and shrimp and grits, received praise. The lack of flavor in the red beans and rice was a disappointment.
