Chick-fil-A in Memphis

“I am never disappointed in Chick fill a!!! I love the charbroiled chicken sandwich! Especially with the honey roasted BBQ sauce. This location is an extremely busy restaurant but they do well at keeping things moving and getting food out to the customer in a timely fashion. I greatly appreciate the courtesy they serve their customers with. I go to Chick fill a more than any other fast food restaurant! I love love love their seasonal treats. The peppermint chocolate chip milkshake is my favorite!

“Honestly I passed on this place several times because the menu didn't look all that interesting. I am really glad I finally tried it. I had the catfish and shrimp. Being from Mississippi, the catfish capital of the world, I have had the best catfish you could ever taste so I am pretty picky. If it's not good I won't even eat it. Soul Fish did not disappoint. The catfish and the shrimp were excellent. I don't typically like sweet hush puppies but they were pretty good also. The baked sweet potato was I great paring I had never tried. I really hate I am just now giving this place a try. Definitely stop by. Not many places left that use top quality ingredients, cook the food themselves, have great service and still have affordable prices but Soul Fish does. I will definitely be back.“

“The food is hot, fresh and the employees are very nice. Although the lines are long they move fast. The prices are reasonable too. The spicy chicken sandwich combo is a little over $10 with taxes. Delicious!! I especially love the waffle fries.“

We had our order in under 10 minutes, and as always, their drive-thru operation was flawlessly efficient—something I’ve admired since the COVID era.

“I went to Chick-fil-A at South Germantown Rd. Since the moment I crossed that door I felt welcomed. There is a difference in being served and being served with a smile, it opens a new world of comfort and happiness. The treatment was excellent. The food it's good, much better than many other places. Even the drinks were good. They carry it for you to your table. The atmosphere was really nice. I will for sure go back.“

“The service and food was outstanding! I honestly thought I didn't like Chick-fil-A because I don't particularly care for thick pieces of chicken because no matter where you get it, usually it's under cooked. But not thischicken... I decided to just try it. I got the chicken sandwich at the location on Winchester near Riverdale and it was delicious! It was not only thoroughly cooked it was hot, fresh and delicious !! The waffle fries are awesome! I've been going back since. No matter how long the lines are the food is worth the wait.“

“A great way to start or end the journey in Memphis International Airport.The airport has a limited number of eating establishments, a few vending areas, 2 coffee options, and this Chick-fil-A. This is, I think, the only fast food type option in the entire complex. It is a smaller store located in the open area between gates 8 and 9 where the concourse takes a turn. Their menu has all the usual items from a full store like their sandwiches and drinks. When I went there, there was a line to order but it went pretty quickly. Orders are taken at the left side of the counter where you pay for your order. People wait for their food on the right side. Drinks orders were filled by an individual CFA staff so you will probably get your drinks first while waiting for your food. I ordered a breakfast burrito. The staff member who took my order was very pleasant and professional. The price was extremely reasonable with the burrito and drink costing me under $8. The food came out within 5 minutes and they called my name to come pick up my food. It was as good as any restaurant I have visited. Overall, it was a pleasant experience that I would recommend for anyone wanting a good meal, quickly at a great price at the Memphis airport.“
