Very sad… We were seated immediately, but waited almost a half an hour for drinks. She gave us one small piece of bread for seven people. My daughter ordered an appetizer that never came. My husband ordered a beer that never came. My Granddaughter order a water which she was never offered and a mocktail ($10) that came an hour later after we had finished eating. After some of us had gotten our drinks and one appetizer, she never came back to take our dinner order, so another...
Dinner on Saturday night.. 7 of us had various appetizers and entrees. The bruschetta was great! The only thing lacking was service. We had to wait for the server to appear and then waited long intervals throughout the meal. She was disengaged in general. The supporting staff seemed to swoop in to help her out and they were great! All in all, we enjoyed the meal but just wished the server could have stepped it up a notch.
Last night was busy in downtown Memphis, so we decided to try something different, and Ciao Bella had a table ready immediately. Everything was great! The chocolate martini, calamari, and pepperoni with hot honey pizza were all delicious. I look forward to trying the pasta next time we visit, and I'll definitely order the chocolate martini again.
