We went yesterday evening to the Memphis Location on Sanderlin. Worst customer service ever. We were very excited because it was our first time, the young lady was extremely rude.lol she said “what ya want” She kept saying “what Chu mean” “idk” rolling her eyes when we just asked 2 questions! First and last time. Prime example how your employees can ruined your business.
I order the peach cobbler with extra crust … omg. It was amazing.
This was my 1st time and the customer service and dessert was good for the most part. Please don't give your customers burnt or scorched food. The dish is too expensive to not be able to eat all of it, if I choose to. Yes, the burnt part was visible so the person fixing it knew what they were doing. Other than that delicious 😋
