We ate at CIMAS before a show at the Orpheum, which is mere steps from the restaurant. The view of the Mississippi is spectacular, and the bridge light show was the perfect backdrop to our dinner. The food and drinks were excellent, and our server Tucker was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Service was slow, but this was expected due to short staffing from COVID and the ice storm two days ago.
