On Nov 5th their online ordering system glitched. I attempted to submit the order and gave an error message. I attempted to submit the order again and it gave the same error message. I proceeded to order through safari in attempt to submit the order a 3rd time. By the time, I was about to submit it for a 3rd attempt. 2 transactions appeared on my bank account. They don't update tracker, and lie when u inquire about your order
first get better management, if your delivery gone take up to 4 hrs or more, quit offering delivery services, and have the Valor to answer costumer calls. not just pick the phone and hang it quick and later after few more calls finally pick the call and try to apologize.
