First time visiting to celebrate Mother’s Day and it was great food, and amazing customer service. I wish I could remember the waitresses name but everything was on point from food to customer service. 100%!
The server was great. Restaurant was clean. It wasn’t busy. The food was hot and fresh. 10/10
Great waitress made a few mistakes but very apologetic really was the cooks job not hers
The Juicy Crab in Memphis, Winchester is known for its delicious and generous seafood portions at reasonable prices. Customers appreciate the kind and punctual staff, as well as the clean atmosphere. The food is great and fresh, with favorites like the Feast Special with combination sauce and rice, seafood wings, and the Blue Hawaiian drink. The owner is very nice and often greets guests personally. While the spice level can sometimes be inconsistent, many note that their orders arrive quickly, especially when requesting no spice. It’s recommended to adjust the spice level to fully enjoy the tasty food, and be aware that drinks might take a while to arrive during busy hours.
