Usually everything in Hollywood fish market is good, I love the fish, always cooked right, crispy and not greasy. Today somebody went heavy on the grease, greasy cabbage and the corn bread, grease too heavy on the fish; my favorite was dripping grease and to top it off for my first bad experience there, the young lady at the register, and she was also the bagger, bagged candied sweet potatoes instead of my favorite Mac and cheese. It has really been hard to find uncooked buffalo dish in Memphis. I was greatly disappointed when I went to Hollywood Fish Market to buy buffalo fish to cook. I picked the fish I wanted. Which was eight (8) pieces of , I’m assuming, big bone buffalo. I was charged $20.95 for those pieces of fish. They were not even huge.
