Usually everything in Hollywood fish market is good, I love the fish, always cooked right, crispy and not greasy. Today somebody went heavy on the grease, greasy cabbage and the corn bread, grease too heavy on the fish; my favorite was dripping grease and to top it off for my first bad experience there, the young lady at the register, and she was also the bagger, bagged candied sweet potatoes instead of my favorite Mac and cheese. I was disappointed when I got home to eat; soggy and greasy and to top it off no Mac and cheese. I might give them another chance, I mean you're entitled to one bad day.
It has really been hard to find uncooked buffalo dish in Memphis. I was greatly disappointed when I went to Hollywood Fish Market to buy buffalo fish to cook. I picked the fish I wanted. Which was eight (8) pieces of , I’m assuming, big bone buffalo. I was charged $20.95 for those pieces of fish. They were not even huge. I know that I have won’t allow myself to be I sulted or cheated like that again. I am going back to do it again, but this time, I will be prepared and use my calculator.wow! Eight little pieces of fish, uncooked and charged over 20. I guess that fish was some sort of delicatessen,
