Everything was OK, service was just a bit slow. But our waitress was great! Even after watching her manager publicly reprimand her. The kicker was when I realized customers were allowed to walk in with their pets. Waitresses were petting this dog. I have a dog. Based on the fact that my dog walks on the ground barefoot, on occasion has rolled around in the dirt etc. I would never bring my dog into a restaurant where people are eating. Staff seemed nice, but not very attentive. I wouldn't say dismissive, but just talking to one another and friends who came to visit them rather than orders. It took some time before to-go food was ready and it stayed in the window for about seven minutes before a waitress reminded my waitress to get it for me.Like all Hooters, food portions have gotten a lot smaller. A little dry, but overall ok. Hooters here and nationwide really has lost its stride with food and friendliness.
