“Joy was very kind and professional great service my broccoli was cold she took it back and when she brought the food back it was very hot. however I understand it's hot outside but it's also hot in the building and the floor is slippery very slick well.“
“The customer service here was really good, and the staff was friendly while handling my order. However, the food was a major disappointment due to heavy-handed seasoning. The fries were so salted down that they were completely inedible, and the burger had so much salt on it that I couldn't taste any other flavor. To top it off, I didn't receive any napkins in my to-go order. Great service, but the kitchen really needs to ease up on the salt.“
“This IHOP location has a new dinner deal that is the best bargain in the city for my money and in my opinion. The deal gives full size servings of 1 appetizer to share, 2 individual entrees and a dessert to share for $25! Cynthia gave us EXCELLENT service. Give it a try; the food was fresh and wonderful. The manager, Jodi, was awesome! She stopped by to make sure that everything was to our liking and that the experience was a positive one.“

“The place was truly hopping on this Saturday morning, Feb. 14. All waitresses were clearly working their hardest to keep customers happy and the food delivered in s timely manner.
I left for the bathroom thinking it would be at least 10 min before our food would be ready. According to my hubby, it came just after I departed. A few minutes after I returned, the manager handed me a nice hot replacement plate of food. How thoughtful!
I had fresh fruit crepes with eggs, bacon, &hash browns, my husband the sirloin tip breakfast combo. I had this same choice at another Ihop where the fresh fruit was a few pieces of strawberries. This time it had blueberries and strawberries in plentiful supply.“
