“I was going through an emergency where I had to leave my home. I only had $6.00 to my name. The manager and staff were so friendly and supportive they made me feel not only comfortable but safe!!! “This is a wonderful experience the only thing I can say is that midtown is becoming a haven for the homeless. I loved their service and everything. Very professional and food was good and hot ? I had the big box meal and it did not ? disappoint. They should let that Michael guy run his project to build the homeless a community where they can work and contribute back to society. I support his beliefs and ideals. KFC has the best nuggets besides the other people that are closed on Sundays. Always enjoy that special recipe.“

“I've been to this location a few times. But the young man that was running the register this night was way more friendly than any other employee I've encountered. He was attentive, courteous, and respectful. You don't hardly see that any more anywhere. I wish I had gotten his name. Now if we can just get the people in the kitchen trained up to know the difference between a breast and a thigh, y'all would have a grandslam.“

“In a city with so many options for fried chicken, KFC is never my first option. This day was different because I was hungry and this was the closest place. The dining room was clean and relatively quiet because there weren’t that many people dining in. The young lady that took my order was courteous and professional which was a plus. My order came out hot and was actually really good. It took a bit so I think it was also freshly fried. It was well worth the 4 or 5 minute wait. The temperature in the dining room wasn’t exactly to my liking but it wasn’t designed specifically with me in mind so I can’t take off much for that. The manager, Naqueta, even came out to check on the diners. Overall I’m glad I stopped in and the next time I’m in the area this will be my first choice for lunch.“

“I recently started work in this area. I have been through drive through several times. The atmosphere is always calm and friendly. The workers always tell me about what’s available or what’s the best deal. The service is always prompt. Those two things make the service great. I’ve been asked to wait a few minutes just so my food is hot and fresh. I commend the staff at this location for their friendliness and service.“

“Service is really slow here as it is at most fast food restaurants. However, I can’t even blame the workers because most are so overworked and underpaid and that’s why these types of restaurants only have 2 people working. Maybe a manager and possibly a chef. These corporations aren’t giving these employees what they truly deserve.

So next time you want to order food, keep this in mind and be patient with these workers. If you don’t have an extra bit of time to wait, you may not wanna stop at these places because this is our new reality.“

“Went there and got 4 chicken sandwiches, a fries and drink. We pulled up to the window and the woman said "y'all the ones with all the sandwiches", which, fair, we were starting to push the limits for what's reasonable for consumption, we were at KFC after all. All of the food was real dope. Thanks KFC.“

“I got back home we started eating dinner with my friend family I started feeling upset iate one leg one wing I didn't even finish watching the game I took a bath and laid down I felt so bad like my stomach everything wanted to come up. I call in from work this morning I called one of my friends they was all sick that ate that chicken He told me after left people started feeling wosy stomach upset and running. “I came and and my mind was set on buying this one item, but I found out the store no longer sells its but the manager at the time suggested I get something else and she wasn’t pleased until I took her upon her offer lol, I ended up getting a famous bowl and boy was it amazing, her customer service skills was incredible she went out her way to make sure I left satisfied I can say this is the way to get your business running forever, this location it’s self was clean and outstanding, this location is by far better then the one in frayser that location is so unsafe for anyone working or traveling there, the staff there is rude and mean, everyone carry guns and is so much debris’s there I don’t see how anyone could eat out of that establishment it needs to get closed down or they need better people..!!!So thank you to the ladies that made me feel welcomed and appreciated you guys ROCK..!!! trust me your work will never go unnoticed“

“Kids wanted KFC for dinner so we went to the nearest one. The gals in the drive up were so helpful and very professional. Thank you ladies!! The young lady taking our order even recommended another item to give us a better deal for our family. ? This will be the KFC we come back to for now on!“

“I went to KFC for lunch and I ordered the chicken wrap combo I did order one of each I only recieved the classic ones. It would've been nice to try the spicy one. I ordered a Sierra Mist to drink and I think God was looking out for me because the drink had flavor carbonation but no sweetner. That was ok I drink carbonated flavored water with no sweetner. So I think I might try again maybe I can get a spicy chicken wrap.“

“Great Original Chicken on S . Third and Brooks road. And Collierville KFC is by my job I'm an Environmental Specialist in collierville and for break I stop by KFC in Collierville great ? chicken sandwich and wonderful ? honey butter biscuits and BBQ wings ? try them ?.“

“The food was fresh, good, and hot. The sitting area was clean and quiet. There was a bit of a wait for my online pickup. Customer service was okay. There was only one person working the counter and drive-thru so it's not a wonder customer service was lacking.“

“The food as always was great. The employees were friendly.. after they finally stopped looking at me from the food prep counter and came to take my order.

Parking: There's a parking lot that's usually got plenty of open spots, but the downside is that you have to walk across the drive-thru lane to go inside

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair ramp at the end of the curb. You park, go down to the start of the drive-thru lane, then come up the ramp and come back towards the door which is right across from where you parked. Accessible, yes, but not convenient“

“Although they only had white meat left (breasts and wings), that was ok with me because that's what I went there to get. It was seasoned well like KFC has always tasted. Running out of chicken at 3:30 in the afternoon is absurd. She tells me they the drive thru speaker, " we only have white meat", I say ok can I have 2 breast and 2 wings. She goes on to say there will be an upcharge for all white meat. I'm thinking white meat is all that you have to offer. How are you going to upcharge me when I have no other choice. Wth?! Anyway, got my chicken and headed home.“
