I will never step foot in this KFC again. I had a to go order. My Pepsi was flat, I left it there. I got two of the smash potato bowls, nasty, nasty, nasty!! I threw them away. My daughter-in-law's fries tasted like they were cooked in chemicals. This is a nasty and filthy KFC.
I came on a lunch break at 4:15. I was told they are in the middle of a shift change, and it would take 20 minutes. Wow. Unbelievable , I have worked in the fast food business and have never heard of the such. Not good customer service. Then, after sitting for 7 or 8 minutes, I was told I needed to move because I was sitting on their timer. I wasn't going to move.
