was in the area and searched “food near me.” Kim Chai Restaurant populated and had amazing reviews so i decided to give it a try. upon entering i was greeted with a warm welcome and smile by the owner. a patron waiting on his order also greeted me. as i looked at the menu on the wall the patron said, “this must be your first time…well, after today, it won’t be your last.” i placed my order only to find out they’re CASH ONLY…and i was quickly saddened. but before...
The food was very bland but the service was exceptional. But the place is very old could use some updating however, it's an old gem that's been standing for a while so I commend them for still being around. And they only accept cash, they should start accepting card payments
Used to go to Yum Yum's but the last time I tried to order from there they were closed. Sooo..I found Kim Chai's and their food was 10x better. Needless to say Kim Chai's has been our go to for Chinese food ever since.
