Quaint little shop, just got a 1/3lb rib plate to go. Service was fast & kind. Wasn't busy at all. Ribs came dry rubbed. Seasoning was good enough. I tried the mild sauce which came in a pack. It wasn't bad at all. Only about 5 bones on the plate though. Meat was tender and soft. I got the baked beans and potato salad. If you are from Memphis, then you know about Tops. It is our local chain BBQ restauraunt. Known for their "Chopped" pork BBQ sandwhich. Every other restaurant in this city does a "pulled" pork sandwhich. It is an amazing sandwhich and quick. Like any true southerner, make sure you get slaw on the sandwhich. I don’t know how this place is not 5 star I stopped here visiting from Fl the staff was amazing. Did take long to get are order the cook was talking to everyone there which was cool haven’t had good food since I’ve been in Memphis until I stopped here.
