The sweet potato pie is a must-try, with just the right amount of sweetness and a delicious butter cookie crust. The banana pudding is also highly recommended, being described as the best ever tasted and out of this world. The cookies are delicious and buttery, with the smaller butter cookies being a highlight. Be sure to return for the pies if they're not available during your visit. The staff, employees, and everyone encountered were so nice and friendly, with the owner/CEO having fun interacting with the crowd and customers. This bakery is a great place near downtown Memphis, right down the road from the civil rights museum.
