I placed a mobile order and the service was slow. I came through the drive-through and picked my food up, and there was no greeting, just pushing my food out the window. I get to work and realize all of my order was not in the bag, so I called several times, but there was no answer! I also sent a text message, no reply! This is not great customer service at all.

I visited this location February 27, 2024 li after 6 p.m. The employees were very Customer Service Friendly. I haven’t seen this in a group of young Ladies n Gentlemen in some time. One lady came Voluntarily n helped me place my order on the Kiosk. Forgot my Sundae, I went through drive through the Guy that took my order was very pleasant. I told the manager that she had a Wonderful Crew.
