In terms of McDonald’s, this place stands out as one of the better ones in Memphis. My Quarter Pounder came out juicy and delicious whereas, the other places would be dry. The fries were crispy and hot. I would pass by 5 other McDonald’s just to come here. There was a long line for lunch, but my food came out hot and fresh within minutes, and the best part? It’s correct! Wow

On 6/11/24 about 1pm, I went through the drive-thru and the young lady taking my order was very patient as i didnt know exactly what i wanted ( i never order the chicken sandwiches) she seemed eager to offer her assistance, she had a friendly voice and was very professional. I have reviewed this location multiple times in the past and just wanted to review again because the drive-thru service is always fantastic. Another reviewer talked about the lady at the drive-thru in the mornings and they are spot on. She's always excellent and makes my morning better. But in general, the service here is almost on par with Chick-fil-A. Keep up the excellent work!
