Mulan Asian Bistro. Where to start? Everything was excellent about this place. The food was amazing, I had Hunan Bandit Duck with steamed rice and Steamed Buns (aka Baozi or Mantou) as an appetizer. The duck was crisp on the outside while being juicy and perfectly done on the inside. The sauce was just the right amount of spicy, and the buns complimented the dishes perfectly. I ordered a dish made in white sauce, and the waitress did not communicate that well and they sent it out made in brown sauce. When I sent it back, they simply washed off the brown sauce, and then added some white sauce to it. It had a weird smoky taste to it. Usually when I go there they get my order right and they do a pretty good job.
