I placed a to go order, but when I got to the store, they told me their system was down and they were taking the orders to process as people came in to pick them up. What a horrible way for them to start their Friday morning! But they could not have been any more friendly, courteous, and speedy in getting my order prepared. Kudos to the two, who were working at the Sanderlin location this morning at 8:30 AM!
It’s extremely hot and busy this time of year, the staff went above and beyond to help fix a messed up door dash order for a breakfast we’d only get to have once with some out of town family, they gave us extra food for our family breakfast and were extremely apologetic and helpful. I’d come back anytime, a little goes a long way these days and empathy is hard to come by, thank you rise
We stayed at the Doubletree all week and decided we would visit Rise on the last morning, our way out to the airport. My husband made a chicken sandwich with pimento cheese, potato bun, lettuce tomato, and fried green tomatoes. Mine was a blueberry biscuit with hot honey chicken.
