I travel often and I am a Plantinum Elite member. My company pays for the hotel room on the reservation number. This hotel manager made me wait for about 5 minutes before he would come to the desk claiming he did hear me when I said "hello" loudly and I could see him walking in the room around the corner. So, he wouldn't accept my company charge card without me knowing the last 4 numbers. I have never had any problems in the past with using the reservation charge card. This young...read full review
