My entire experience was terrible!! From move-in to move-out. First, I could not start moving until almost 12pm on move-in day because the paperwork wasn’t ready. The location and apartments are beautiful, but the building is poorly managed. The management team is inconsiderate of their residents. They started renting out multiple apartments as hotel rooms where weekend guests have access to all floors without even notifying residents of the change. Even worse, I have had a broken, duct-taped window in my living room for the past 8 months. It broke during the storm over Memorial Day weekend. Great location and apartments are wonderful.
However, it is a shame that it is not more bike friendly for residents on such a bikeable street. My husband and I have been making suggestions for changes over the past year and a half of staying here for bike parking. Hopefully something will come about soon for our fellow cyclists!
