I came for a nice Friday night dinner after a long week. Like most people I work hard and budget wisely for a night out for dinner. I ordered a glass of Prosecco, the sliders (without all the sides only simply ketchup, mustard & pickles) and the fries. My sliders were delivered without ketchup, mustard or pickles and it took 20 minutes to receive it while the sliders got cold. I didn’t have any utensils or napkin when the food arrived. THEY ARE THEIVES AND STOLE MY MONEY!!!!!!!!! I made a reservation for March 23 for my husband and I anniversary. My husband had emergency surgery , on March 20 and I called to cancel the reservation on March 21 and was informed by a female that it would be taken care of and there would not be a fee. Looked at my credit card and was charged 318.00 for a no show cancelation fee. When I called to follow up as to why I was charged a male answered and was very rude. I explained...read full review
