I’ve frequented every Tops BBQ location around and this location at 3353 Summer is the best one by far. Every single time, I get a cheery attitude and they tell me how grateful they are to have me as a customer. They’re polite and they all have fun together at work which makes it more fun for the rest of us. Patrick in particular has been outstanding. And I can’t think of the lady’s name that’s always in the drive through window, but she’s a sweetheart too! If...

The woman that works near National location is rude as hell and needs to be fired. I had to repeat my order several times and she charged me for each item individually instead of just doing the combo. How stupid can you get?

Not going back to that location, something has changed for the worse...
The BBQ is prepacked and smells like old fish, not smokey. Almost like it's been cooked in a crockpot and some off brand old bay seasoning.

Will try to 4000 block Tops in a few days, since I have seen smoke outta their chimney.
