Very clean, owner courteous. I had a noodle bowl (Pho) that was delicious and bite size fried wontons filled with shrimp and pork...so crispy on the outside and moist inside.

I’m a Vietnamese American that is new to this area, so I wanted to find an authentic Vietnamese restaurant. I ordered the green mussel sautéed with oyster sauce and the shrimp fried rice. The service was quick and friendly and I was very happy with the food! The mussels were perfectly flavored and the fried rice was buttery. I plan on coming back and trying out more!

I travel all around rural Arkansas, Mississippi & Tennessee for work, and stumbled upon Tuyen's last year. I know make a point of flying in/out of Memphis whenever possible (even if it adds some time to my drive) just so I can eat here. Is there better Vietnamese food in all of the Mid-South?
