So I went to Wendy's on Union Ave mid-town downtown. Inside closed, doing Doordash only. I drive out East to Poplar-perkins Wendy's. The woman tells me at the speaker to "hold-on, hold-on ma'am" . As I am 'holding on', 2 cars speed around to the pick up window. They weren't in line. I got tired of waiting and I drive around to the window. Memphis' finest says "I done told you 2 times to hold on, now you gotta drive back around. I can't take your order here." I left and reported...read full review
I sat forever in the drive thru waiting to even be acknowledged, much less have my order taken.
After 10 minutes, I gave up and left.
