Best Pizza Hut around this way; cool staff, clean place of business, & the pizza is great. Yes, it's Pizza Hut a franchise like McDonalds or Chick-fil-A but you don't have to spend on money on food you don't have to settle for fast food taste right? i love pizza like most of us and can tell the difference between good & bad, too quality against low, & who actually cares about making a pizza correctly versus someone who doesn't give a sh!t. First, the app for ordering crashed 3 times (never had a problem with that before ). Then, when the delivery time it said had passed, I called. They lied about the driver being on the way. Over 30 minutes later, I called again & they said it was on the way and would be free. The pizza was cold when the driver finally arrived and the driver demanded that I sign the charge slip. So recently I moved to a new part of town and want some Pizza Hut only to find all have awful ratings. I wasn't sure if all of them around here were bad, people don't like to give them high rating because it is a chain, or people only post when something goes wrong. Well I decided to give one a try whose major complaints seem to deal most with delivery. My pizza was ready on time and everything looked and tasted like I would expect from a good Pizza Hut.
