We had the absolute best country fried steak ever with vegetables that were home cooked like my mom use to make. It’s worth the drive. Located in Mercer, TN. About 25 minutes outside of Jackson.“

“Our go-to place for barbecue and fixings, vegetables, value, and service. Just a bit west of Jackson on Hwy. 70. Has daily specials and lots of food for the money. We especially like the pulled barbecue, cabbage, green beans, stir fried vegetables cooked in olive oil, cornbread, and pecan pie. We have not come close to eating everything that is available.“
