why is that when you ask for a half glass of ice or light ice they act all mad. i don't understand. i ask for light ice because i don't want it all water down by the time i get to work. i know it is early in the morning and they really don't want to be there, but please try not to act like it is going out of your way to only put half a glass of ice.“
