“A truckers haven! This place is awesome! A fully loaded location with 98% truck parking, a Pilot Truck stop in across the street on the corner for fuel and showers, with Southern Tire Mart on-site if service is needed.

The food is great at a good price and the service is excellent, with a smile. I highly recommend this spot to all my brothers of the road ... you won't be disappointed. Be safe and be well. Peace!“

“My family loved this place. We stopped through to stay at the Smoke House Hotel coming home from a trip and went to the Patio for dinner. It’s a small eclectic space, with live music every Fri and Sat, and the food was good with generous portions. We highly recommend the fried okra and fried pies with ice cream, both were amazing! We loved the atmosphere and friendly people and hope to visit again. You could bring your family, come on a date, or to hang out with friends. Don’t let the location or look of the place scare you away-this place is a real gem.“

“Absolutely beautiful place! The rooms, beds, pillows... were all very comfortable. There was a refrigerator and coffee pot, but no microwave. The clerks at the front desk were very helpful. The housekeeping staff was also very attentive to our needs. While we didn't use the pool, we saw several guests using it. It looked well maintained, and there were pool toys available for guests' use. Location was great, as the lodge is right off the interstate. There is a waffle house close by and a grocery store within walking distance. Overall, a very nice stay!“
