I was at this sonic location today. The food and wait were reasonable. However, when the server brought my food out she complained nonstop about her manager. She even said that the manager needs to shut their mouth or else the flies will get in. The servers name was Heather.
Before my food arrived I had intended on tipping Heather well for the amount of money I spent on my food. I did not tip her at all.
Customer service training would be very beneficial.
