Was waiting for a moment after kiosk order. Employee let me know they were cooking, it'd be a minute and apologized for the delay. Got me food and she let me know to be careful as the fried and meat were piping hot. She did a great job in communication and made sure I was satisfied Thank you.
The ladies working yesterday 7/31 were so nice and impressively efficient. Dining room was clean—I wasn’t expecting much from a gas station Wendy’s but it was a nice surprise. You can order in person, at a kiosk, or drive thru

Wendy's serves hot and delicious food, including a spicy chicken option that packs a punch. This fast-food chain is located inside a Pilot Truck and car stop, offering plenty of room for tables and chairs. While some customers have noted that it is not as clean as they would prefer, the food is consistently fresh and good. Many people come in and out, making it a busy spot.
Customers appreciate the Jr. cheeseburger with just meat and cheese, especially when combined with baconator fries, creating an amazing meal. Kid-friendly meals are popular, and children seem to enjoy their options. The restaurant is wheelchair friendly and has two handicapped toilet areas in the large bathrooms.
Parking can be chaotic with cars, RVs, motorcycles, and over-the-road trucks, as well as Greyhound buses stopping for passengers to eat. Some customers have had issues with portion sizes, specifically too much lettuce, but overall, Wendy's is a great stop for a quick bite, even if some menu items may not quite live up to expectations.
