“This store should literally be ashamed of how bad it treats its employees. Only having one employee on staff ever should be considered abuse of power and slave labor. Customers were mostly rude towards Michelle, over the companies lack of proper staffing. She had no one to help her, and if there was a manager on site, they should be fired immediately for letting customers not only treat her that way, but not helping her WHATSOEVER. I only met michelle tonight, but after watching her handle all that stress i can tell she's a nothing less than a literal angel, and your company does not deserve her !!!!!! Again shame on subway in morristown tennessee for abusing staff !“
“This is the second time I've been to the location this is the first Subway restaurant that I've been to ever at the vegetables are ice cold when you get them in the sandwich and still cold by the time you get them home. The same with the meats and the cheese all coldProbably the only other cold submarine sandwich that I can compare this would be the ones you get at the deli at Publix using boar's Head.“
“When I came in I didn't expect the man who was working to be as knowledgeable and friendly as he was. John was the only one in the store running it at the time. He had informed me of all the different possibilities that weren't even on the menu in store. He was extremely friendly and helpful. The store was fairly clean. As he handled my order he would offer options and give recommendations. All together it was a good experience, and i had fun while ordering food and you don't get that kind of exchange in the food industry anymore.“

“Me and my husband decided to get subs after getting a few things from Walmart last week. The shorter blonde headed girl was wonderful. Her and one of the other girls I think her name is Megan those two girls know Customer service. The older gentleman was very nice as well. Overall we had great customer service and our subs was amazing. The only issue we had was due to the curly haired girl she just looked mad and should really watch her language. If you cuss like that how about doing it so other customers or children can't hear you.“
“My son went to get me a sub had a coupon. They overcharged and when I called them the young man was very polite and called his manager. They took care of the mistake and both were very nice. I recommend this subway. Clean but most importantly the customer service was awesome. June 2023“
