Get more employees! One guy doing his best to get a dozen orders done. People walking out because the line is too long. I don’t know if the owner is a penny pinching Scrooge or they just can’t keep good help but there is some sort of management problem. This subway is in the middle of town and most slower subways I’ve seen have at least two employees. Otherwise the place is clean and the one employee was nice and doing his best under the circumstances.
This store should literally be ashamed of how bad it treats its employees. Only having one employee on staff ever should be considered abuse of power and slave labor. Customers were mostly rude towards Michelle, over the companies lack of proper staffing. She had no one to help her, and if there was a manager on site, they should be fired immediately for letting customers not only treat her that way, but not helping her WHATSOEVER. I only met michelle tonight, but after watching...
Love the manager here. My mom enjoy coming to have lunch here. She is excellent in her service and with her customers and employees. I have seen her here with no help and she slays it. She is just an awesome person to be around and it makes us love coming back. She’s very helpful and efficient in all areas. Keep up the great work love bug!
