Great steak and hamburger!!
The only reason I did not give a 5* is because the noise level was extreme. I realize it was a weekend night, so that's understandable. Our server, Jada, was beyond excellent. She did everything perfectly and was very attentive. With a party of 3 picky people, she was exceptional!

Texas Roadhouse in Murray is a restaurant that many people drive up from Tennessee to visit a few times each month. The food is consistently great, the burgers are cooked to perfection, and the service is always friendly and attentive. This location knows how to provide a great meal and an enjoyable experience. One server was described as beyond excellent, very attentive, and exceptional with a party of 3 picky people. The owner took care of a party with two disabled parents on a very busy Sunday and made things go smoothly. However, some visits were disappointing. The noise level was extreme on a weekend night. Drinks were pretty weak and mostly ice, and silverware or bread had to be requested. The 12 oz ribeye ordered medium well done was still pretty red inside and pretty chewey. The steaks were cooked perfectly at the requested temperature but seemed underseasoned and had a much higher fat content. The peanut policy had changed, and shells could not be thrown on the floor.
