“On September 19 around 7pm - I visited Mandarin Wok and ordered the chicken curry. I signed the receipt but accidentally left the tip section blank. The next day, I noticed I was charged $20.27 for what should have been a $16 order.

I called the restaurant, and Sophia kindly answered. She invited me to come in so we could resolve the issue together. When I arrived, she patiently pulled out every receipt from that day and worked with me to find mine. At first, my card number didn’t match any of the receipts she showed, which made the process take longer. Still, she remained patient, understanding, and determined to help.

Eventually, we located my receipt, though it displayed a different card number. Despite the confusion, Sophia contacted their support team, who confirmed that I had been accidentally overcharged. They assured me a refund would be issued within the week and apologized for the mistake. They also promised that if the refund didn’t process, I could come back to receive it directly at the restaurant.

I truly appreciate Sophia’s patience and honesty throughout this experience. It’s rare to find businesses that handle situations like this with such integrity. Because of her excellent service, I highly recommend Mandarin Wok and will definitely be returning!“

“May I just say this is some good authentic Mexican food. Seasoned well, not processed, man I promise you, it tastes like someone's abuela is in the kitchen. Are waiters name was sergio, he is cool, helpful, he also makes recommendations about different items to order off the menu. He makes a mean margarita, spare no expense. “Me and my wife at the Chili's Grill & Bar on 1/9/26 in Millington around 3:30 (to beat the crowd) as I got the Chicken Nachos and my wife got the Triple Dippers. The chicken nachos was ok but not bad either it's not something I will again. Our waitress Stephanie was awesome she brought me several refills where she didn't have to come back for awhile and for that she got a very nice tip. I don't mind tipping big when the customer service is outstanding. So guys make sure Stephanie gets the recognition.....Good job Stephanie....You guys need to get Mt Dew though. We are weekly customers at Margarita's on every Tuesday for Taco Tuesday and nothing like good Tacos and Mt. Dew...Something to think about guys...“
