About Baskin-Robbins

Based on the reviews, Baskin-Robbins is a location with consistently great service and staff that is always over the top amazing, warm, and kind, especially to the kids. The inside is always clean and the cones are always fresh. The Oreo frappe and fizz drinks are wonderful, and the milkshakes and sundaes are always made perfectly. However, every time a shake or anything blended is ordered, they add too much dairy or non dairy product, making it taste more like milk than the flavor of the ice cream. This location has a drive thru, which is a first for some customers. Service is ok, and some employees are not too thrilled about working there, with a few being bleh in customer service. The icing on a cake was not leveled correctly and looked a little sloppy. Despite this, customers will continue to come back because it is the closest location and orders have not been messed up. The best ice cream is consistently served, especially after softball practice.
