Patiently waiting for a sales rep to call me to come pick my loaf of bread that unfortunately contains foreign objects 🙂
We were looking for bread that was not only healthy and great tasting but also did not contain bioengineered products. In the process of switching from another bread company, I had the pleasure of meeting Tammy at Krogers and this morning Clarence at Walmart on Bailey Cove. Both of these stores are in Huntsville, AL. I also pick up your bread at the Publix on Bailey Cove. They are both friendly and very helpful. They truly are great assets to Lewis Bakeries.
I was shopping at Kroger on Moores Mill in Huntsville this morning and stopped to ask the bread rep if they carried half loves of Texas Toast. Brian immediatly stopped stocking the shelves and looked at his invoice and went straight to the back and brought it out to me with a smile on his face. Definitely customer service at its finest!!!
