“Go to Franklin location, avoid Murfreesboro. Took my husband to Franklin for his first bagel today (he'd never had one). We enjoyed our experience so much in Franklin, we stopped by the Murfreesboro location to get some bagels for furniture. Franklin was wonderful and spacious. The young people behind the counter were super helpful. We got my husband a bagel with lox and a farmhouse sandwich for myself.
Murfreesboro was horrible. The lady behind the counter was awful. Immediately said dozen or half dozen. I tried to ask a question and she spoke over me, didn't want to answer any questions and was extremely rude (kept repeating dozen or half dozen)....was clear she just wanted me to go away. Very disappointed and won't go back to the Murfreesboro location. Do better Murfreesboro.“
