Go to Franklin location, avoid Murfreesboro. Took my husband to Franklin for his first bagel today (he'd never had one). We enjoyed our experience so much in Franklin, we stopped by the Murfreesboro location to get some bagels for furniture. Franklin was wonderful and spacious. The young people behind the counter were super helpful. We got my husband a bagel with lox and a farmhouse sandwich for myself.

Kelly was fantastic! Even though we arrived five minutes before closing on may 11, 2025. she was so kind and prepared all of our pizza bagels, sandwiches perfectly, and a wrap. Truly exceptional service and a great experience!
Kaylee was very nice and helpful and recomend that i try her expresso over starbucks and i admit iam impressed the coffee is great and very caffienated. I also got a veggie bagel and muffin very deliciuos.
