Today I noticed a charge on my bank statement for early renewal fee. Customer service line hold time was long. I don’t live too far from Sam’s on John Rice Blvd, Murfreesboro, Tn. I went to customer service desk encountered Raven who was asking all types of questions and assuming I had let someone use my card or brought some one else to store. She was doing everything not to issue me a refund. Telling me to dispute with bank. She did not want to authorize my refund. Why? No...read full review
Miss I’ve been working here forever sitting at the entrance door was extremely rude ! I guess she feels like she can be rude to customers 😡 instead of stopping her conversation with another employee to get up off her stool and help customers with assistance. I know everyone says it’s hard to find “good” help but pretty sure of all people she should know the employee hand book by now 🙄 I hope no one else has to experience her rudeness 😞
