“I always go to this Arby’s location when I am in west Nashville. Great staff, super clean/well maintained, the food is freshly prepared when ordered, & the Manager Lee always says hello! I am glad to see the orange crème shake is back for summer!“

“This is a great store that is always clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The bathrooms are generally clean and well stocked. The drink station and condiment area is always well stocked. The food is generally fresh and is served in a timely manner. I've rarely had any issues and the ones I have encountered have been small and were all addressed properly by management when complaints were made.“
“I work right by this place so it's not uncommon for me to get lunch here. And I just have to say, there is a lovely woman who works there. I am afraid I don't remember her name, but I know she turns 64 in a few days :) (Happy early birthday!). Her personality is truly a joy.
