By far the best ramen in Nashville. Also by far the most overpriced. $30 for a bowl of ramen plus 30% taxes and service fees for picking up soup at a door with no physical restaurant space or actual service besides cooking and handing the meal to you at a loading dock. Back when this was at sylvan supply this was still exorbitant but at least it had a decent environment to enjoy the meal. Now? There’s literally nothing. How is a $40 price point justifiable for ramen...

I haven't been to their new place in East Nashville yet. They used to be located in Sylvan Park with Bearded Iris. The ramyon is very good and full of flavor. It can be too salty sometimes but the noodle texture is just right and we always enjoyed the experience here. Too bad they moved but we plan to check their new place out soon.

Currently only to go with sitting upstairs in the citizen kitchen. Awesome food! Eric was really helpful in giving in depth details about the menu. Will continue to follow and support these guys throughout the city because it’s so delicious!
