Blue Aster Reviews
I didn’t like that they don’t have microwaves or refrigerators in their rooms.
ROOM THEFT: We stayed at the Conrad during our visit to the Nashville Antique & Garden Show. We purchased a few collectable items at the show. The items were wrapped in bubble wrap and would not fit in the safe.
We never thought of having anything stolen from our room at the Conrad. The four items were stolen from our room while we were at dinner. Nashville Police were very helpful to collect a full report.
The hotel was not helpful at all.
Loved this place. So warm and inviting and professional at same time. That’s hard to achieve!

Blue Aster, located in the Conrad Hotel, offers a great dining experience with a mix of upscale and inviting vibes. The restaurant has a sleek, modern feel with beautiful lighting and a stylish bar area. Known for their fresh seafood, especially the ice-cold oysters, it is a spot perfect for a nice night out or just grabbing drinks. Dishes like duck confit "cigars," lobster risotto, and beef tagine are praised for their perfect textures and flavors. The food is outstanding, with highlights including avocado salad, lamb 30 layer lasagna, and warm grain bowls, which have impressed many diners. The bread served is hot, crisp, and flavored with lemon oil, adding to the overall enjoyment. The restaurant staff is friendly and attentive, with many guests noting exceptional service from staff members. The food has received praise for being delicious and well-presented, with dishes like grilled octopus, lamb meatballs, and scallops being made to perfection. Customers also enjoy the unique and well-balanced cocktails and mocktails. While it may be a bit pricey and valet parking is required, a visit to Blue Aster is definitely worth it for a memorable experience. The dining room and the entire hotel are stunning, creating a classy and bougie atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience.
