I have been going to Chauhan's since they first opened. The food pre-Covid was phenomenal. But the food quality and flavors deteriorated after the pandemic. Still we decided to try it again since it has been a while. And we were pleasantly surprised the food was closer to pre-pandemic level and while we missed the Nashville Hot Pakora the rest of the appetizers were delicious. I particularly liked the curd rice arancini and the desi sauces for the entrees was tasty!!

The food was wonderful! Full of flavor. Large portions. Extensive menu without being overwhelming. The service was excellent. The restaurant was clean and well decorated. Definitely a dining experience for all of your senses.

The food and drinks were great, but the service was lacking. It took forever for us to put in our orders since our waiter just wasn’t coming by our table. Then, the food actually took a long time to arrive even though they didn’t seem to be that busy. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and say maybe they were understaffed, but I expect more due to the price of everything. Our server also did not have the best customer service skills and was not helpful...
