I want to give a big shoutout to ZamZam, the night shift manager at Chick-fil-A! 🙌 I placed a DoorDash order that came completely wrong, and it was frustrating to have to drive back. When I explained the inconvenience, ZamZam truly went above and beyond—she listened, understood, and turned my whole experience around. What started as a frown ended with a smile. *** Update 7/18/2025***
I'm sure due to staffing our visit last night was slightly different. There was so staff taking orders in foot, orders were being taken at the speaker menu boards. The line didn't move as fast as usual, but again, that was probably due to staffing. Food was still great and staff we spoke with was still friendly.

We always use the drive thru here. Line moves fast, they usually have two people taking orders and cards...
