I went to chilis in rivergate and my server was Ireland. She was an amazing. Had such a great uplifting personality , made sure everything was good with me. Checked up the right amount of times. Just made the experience amazing. Everything about this server made chilis seem better. I will defiantly be back to see her again!
Was just at the Chili’s in Rivergate (Madison, TN) and was never greeted by ANY staff member upon entry. There was no one at the hostess station. At least 5 customers came in after me and they left as we couldn’t get waited on. Not even a “we’ll be with you shortly”. I ran into a former coworker who was trying to figure out who was assigned to her table. She said she was seated but no one ever showed up to wait on her.
